Client Overview MR Management is a boutique property management company located in the lower east side of NYC. Unlike many local competitors, MR Management stands out for its personalized, high-touch approach to managing properties. The brand needed a logo that reflected not just professionalism, but the owner’s distinctive aesthetic—minimal, classy, and romantic.
Project Goals
The primary objective was to create a primary logo that departed from the generic "building" motif common among property management firms. While the secondary would utilize the illustration of the city. The client wanted to present MR Management as elevated, refined, and design-forward—something that would immediately convey quality and care while resonating with aesthetically conscious clients.
